Question Resources Donation stuck at "being processed"

I donated some food to my outpost and broke something, apparently. The menu keeps telling me that my last donation is still being processed and I have to wait a minute or two. It has been going on like that for 6 days and I can't donate any resource to my outpost. If anyone can help me figure it out it'd be awesome, thanks.

Attached is my load order. I can't attach the link to my save because the forums won't let me. I can send you my save upon request. You can reach me through Discord: PsAr82#3656. Thanks again.

@PsAr82,
Good-God-Almighty, if that is your load order? Wow. Ok.
No worries, I think if you use loot you can start to get it sorted out. :good
In this link there is a file with some example load orders, please take a look at them and I think things might start working better.

Give it awhile after you get things sorted out. I have no idea if the save file can untie itself or if other issues will continue? Hopefully once you loot it, it will fix itself? :scratchhead

All the esm and esl mods need to be near the top. Make sure that Workshop Framework is above Sim Settlements after you run loot. “Like you have it now” but all the SS stuff should be near the top, same with them esl’ s if I am seeing this correctly?

So SS stuff should be near the top? I remember reading somewhere on the forums that SS stuff should stay as close to the bottom as possible

In the diagram below there is a small basic loadorder on the mid-right.

I recommend you try that near the top of page "ABOVE" all the esp's" as it is shown.

When talking about load orders folks can get confused. :crazy

I try to stay in the visual context:
  • Above
  • Below
How the game loads is from the top "above" - down "below", being the last mod at the bottom of the page is the last to load. :umnik2

in this context then the Top of the LO-list on the page is the bottom of the load order and "gets overwritten" and lower on the page is the Top and it overwrites anything above it on the page or list, as it loads last.

Thus folks get confused. :punish

In general, a load order should go, "in visual terms:"
  • Above - General and broad changes
  • Below - Specific and narrow changes
When someone says "close to the bottom as possible" you would have to understand in which context are they speaking:
  • Above Top of list - General and broad but (Bottom of LO)
  • Below Lower in the list - Specific and narrow but (Top of the actual LO)
I try to always speak in visual terms. :this
  • Above
Esm's and esl's are master files

AAF.esm
ArmorKeywords.esm
XDI.esm
GCM_DLC_Automatron.esl
GCM_DLC_Far_Harbor.esl
HUDFramework.esm
WorkshopFramework.esm
SimSettlements.esm
xxxxxxx.esp's and esp-flagged as esl
xxxxxxx.esp's and esp-flagged as esl
xxxxxxx.esp's and esp-flagged as esl

  • Below

:victory At least :crazy hahaha, the "above" is how I try to describe it. :shok1

@RayBo

I'm thinking of starting a new playthrough. What I usually do is start from a clean save right before exiting the vault to skip the prologue. Can I enable all mods from layer 0 to layer 3 at the same time? With the last playthrough I enabled the whole load list before starting and waited for Conqueror to build the settlements before exiting the vault.

The simple answer is, of course, "yes." :good

What I would do then is:
  • install them "all" except Conqueror.
  • Let all the scripts run for everything else. They will flash in the upper left of the screen.
  • When they are done I would wait a few more minutes for the game to settle back down. and make a new save.
  • Then go out of the game and enable Conqueror. Then come back in and do its install process.
That is If it was me doing it. :umnik2
I just try not to have all the scripts trying to run at the same time. :this

I would still do anything that might be a layer 4 on top of the vault after leaving the elevator. You said this already. :friends
