I can’t progress further through How to HQ. It’s telling me to assign Aiden to Security and Jake to Engineering. Unfortunately, every time I click on “Reassign Staff” it says “generating employee assignment menu.” Then the menu never appears. I’ve waited for up to half an hour, clicked on them multiple times, fast traveled away and back, restarted the game...all with no luck.
