Hello, I just built this Vault 88 city plan by GavMan, and some of my floors and a wall is missing as shown in the picture below. Is it meant to be like this or is this a known issue? Please help me, thanks!

I don't remember having such a gap when I used that plan, but that playthrough was a while ago now. My first suspicion would be that the scripting that was placing everything hiccupped and failed to place it. If you wanted to, you could just place a section of wall there, or just wait to see if it appears when the city upgrades to the next level.
