Crashing when told to meet newcomers in SS2

I made a modlist with my partner and, without fail, the game has crashed when progressing to the part of chapter 1 where you have to greet a group of newcomers after constructing a large amount of plots. The crash report is listed here.
I understand it may be some of my mods conflicting unrelated to SS2, but SS2 progress is what causes crashes without fail.

Can you throw it in the crash log auto scanner? Though it will likely tell you "classic holstered weapons are responsible for 90% crashes", not sure how true that is. But I'd guess it's something with either Lily's clothes or weapon that does it. (Or it's trying to race swap her..)

Do you have anything that effects the camera? Even ToYourFaceFO4.dll? Or PlayerComments that have patches that don't come directly after their master plugin?
