Thats kinda wh
Thanks for taking time to even look at this @kinggath . I know you're hella busy! But that's kinda what I was alluding to also when I said in my earlier post that "if all the functionality is there" but the graphical indicators are missing, to me its more of an annoyance than anything, at least in an already established lvl 3 settlement. It'd be no different than a broken speedometer in a car. If you are paying attention then you JUST KNOW...No need for a dial to tell you that you are about to get a ticket... However, if the leveling/upgrades functions for plots and the city functions are missing ALSO, along WITH the indicators, then that may be a completely different story altogether. Or conversely, if the same annoyance somehow struck in a settlement which is still growing it would likely throw a player outta sorts with regards to knowing exactly where their city's growth is without relying soley on city/plot visits and/or notifications. My biggest concern was/is that this quirk turned out to be an indicator of a bigger issue. So rather than post it in the bug section I posted a question about something seeming off.
I'm JUST NOW getting back online about 15mins ago since my last post. (Aging OCZ PSU) Took a steaming sh^t on my counter top and left my rig unbootable. Hours later after testing and a trip to the local computer store, IM BACK. I've yet to test the leveling in Sanctuary but am about to go place a couple plots to see what results I get.
If you use Take Back City, the City Plan is removed. This is by design.
The only thing to be worked out here is to also unassign the leader from the desk, though that's what I consider a low priority bug.
If you didn't use Take Back City, and it's happening on its own. I'll need steps to reproduce this - so far, I can't see any possible way for this to happen - so there's nothing I can change in the code. If someone can find reproducible steps, I can do something.
