Add on for city plans on console

Hi. Can anyone please tell me what add on mod does PRA RandomAddon.esp refer to? A couple of city plans require it but I cannot find any results when I search mod hub. Thanks

Thank you. I found it on mod hub by searching "sim settlements". I got no results using the mods actual name

Just make sure it's the SS2 version. And I believe it's not on xbox if you're playing on it.
