The last part of the story involving Jake that I'm aware of was after fighting gunners in the far north near the northernmost settlement with the big radio antenna. I went back to Jake's base and was confronted by the NPC that we met while fighting the gunners, and that's where the story line...
I went there, and the only cheats were for allowing buildings without completing the quests. I used a setstage code to continue beyond the stage of this original post, but I have two more SS2 quests that won't trigger, in that the target character won't activate. Furthermore, I've tried...
Stoge is the leader and sits at the desk, but the quest won't conclude for me to advance in the storyline. I had prebuilt Starlight Drive-in before the quest.
I'd like some setstage codes to advance things. I know it's said that they will break the quest storyline, but as it stands, it's already...
Thank you for taking the time to offer the easy-to-follow pictorial instructions. I was able to change my load order quite easily using them.

I met the group at the power plant and I can't initiate dialogue with the indicated NPC. Many hours ago I tried replaying the earlier parts of the quest and killing the stingwings before the group arrived there, thinking they may be interrupting things, but to no avail. If there was a console...

This has happened to me as well. I thought it was the stingwing's interruption that was the problem too so I went and killed them after being under Concord and before talking to Jake. Even without interruptions, I can't initiate dialogue with anyone. I've returned days later and the only...
I completely uninstalled SS1 and Conqueror via NEXUS mod manager, Uninstalled SS2 and associated files the same way. I then went into the data folder in FO4 and ran a search on any file with the name Sim Settlements, then Conqueror and deleted them. I then reinstalled SS2, but still, the issue...
I just tried another savegame that did have a mod loaded for graphics, but I loaded into it anyway. Unfortunately, the Conqueror and SS1 config files were still there within the ESC menu.
Maybe I'll try reinstalling and then uninstalling SS1 and Conqueror again to see if it uninstalls correctly...
