Story continuation?

The last part of the story involving Jake that I'm aware of was after fighting gunners in the far north near the northernmost settlement with the big radio antenna. I went back to Jake's base and was confronted by the NPC that we met while fighting the gunners, and that's where the story line ended for me. Has the story continued past this, and it's just not activating?

Chapter 3 is in development.
