I just need someone to tell me if i need to move the mods around or if any of them are conflicting with other mods cause I'm sick of crashing when I enter a settlement and stay there for more than 10 minutes...

The most important question of the hour is if you upgraded to the most recent version released earlier today that addresses many of the crashing issues?

Yeah i actually did so after my game started crashing thinking maybe it was cause it wasn't updated but nope so any thoughts

Well, there's soo many combinations. I doubt anyone can just say "you should go 34 to 41 and 12 to 51, that will solve it".

You'll need to do it the hard way yourself. Split your mods into groups, or half and half (1-30 and 31-61). Disable all of the mods in one group. Play the game. no crash. Good. Now switch. Disable the active ones and activate the others. Play the game. Got a crash. Split the current group into two halves. Repeat. Until you've identified the culprit. If you cant find one culprit, but gets crashes when a group of mods is active. Try reordering them with in that group. Focus on mods that affect similar resources. Those are more likely to come into conflict.

I've done this multiple times thats why I'm asking for help it runs smooth for sometimes days on end with no crashing and then it will crash randomly when i walk into a settlement for no reason then other times I've had it run for several hours with no issue then it will just crash to dashboard repeatedly no matter what i do its like one of the mods is randomly activating or deactivating and my game just crashes other times I've started whole new games played till i got to the take back the castle mission and the second I get near Boston or start to leave sanctuary or red rocket or Abernathy Farm or what ever settlement I'm in at the time and my game just locks up literally music keeps going sound effects npc's talking and all but my screen is just frozen sold no movement no crashing to dashboard just stuck in one place unable to move.

This issue has been occurring since about 3 months after Sim settlements came out I'm just now asking for help cuz I've run out of options....

I've almost run out of patience to keep trying it's been at least a year now I've had to restart from the beginning atleast 68 times I believe.

Don't know what to say, more than to cut down on number of mods. I'm not on Xbox myself and I've never tried half of your mods. I doubt you'll find any modauthor willing to investigate which mods work with his or hers mod. The mod compability/incompability that's sometimes listed typically comes from user feedback.

Btw - I admire your endurance

I don't have an xbox so my ability to help will be limited, however there are some generalities I've seen that seem to exist across all platforms.

The game can crash sitting at the start game menu. Crashes happen.
UFO4P is great, but tends to break things that rely on vanilla behavior. My personal experience is that it adds as many bugs as it fixes. This is not the creators of the unofficial patch's fault, it's the nature of the beast it's trying to fix.
Weapons and Armor mods are notorious for causing unintended side effects. My advice would be to remove all of those that you're not actually using.
I personally use Nanosuit and the K9 harness in my pc games and it's never once caused me a problem.
Settlement mods that add settlements are hit and miss. Some work amazingly well, some cause serious issues.
Settler sandbox and AI expansions can and have caused issues with the larger, more complex mods

I've done all the research already I'm just looking for anyone who can say something like oh i know those to mods conflict with one another get rid of one of those or something like that almost all of them are completely compatible its just one of them thats conflicting thats what I'm trying to find like I'm not sure if scrape that settlement is conflicting with S.S. or if its just S.S. is adding to much for my console to support it and i should switch to he lite version or if Cheat Terminal is just causing my game to crash from spawning in settlers in my settlements and if i just need to stop doing that?

Thanks tankthing I'll check those out if i remove the ufo4p should i restart my system afterwards or do i just need to start a new game?

I'd start with dumping all the extra weapons mods first, ufo4p removal is a last resort

Note, removing mods are always tricky. If the mod replace (overwrite) files from the vanilla install, those files will most likely remain modded until the vanilla files are put back. Either manually or by a reinstall of the game. Only the extra files that the mod added will be removed by uninstalling the mod.

Nope wasn't S.S. turns out the crowded commonwealth and plenty 'o' Exploration mods has a huge conflict issue with S.S. it causes the back right corner of the red rocket to have a major fps drop to 0 then your game just crashes no matter the load order.
