When visiting a managed settlement, it tries to reset itself

I have this problem too. I want to mention a few things that i did before it happens:
1. I cleaned my mods, incluiding sim settlement, because according to loot, it had lots of ITM records.
2. I installed the latest versión of simsettlement.
3. In game, when i went to the castle it popsup the message to asign a leader, althought Preston was it and reset to level 0....
Note: I dont have any mod about leader recruiment. I'm adding my load order if it helps to fix this mess up.

I'll be making a few adjustments to code for patch 3.4.4 to try and address this. I still can't replicate the issue reliably, and I'm not seeing any obvious mods that would be interfering.
Best potential cause I can see is that some of your saves are likely old enough that they were affected by an old bug that Rebuild Local Data can prevent from happening again.
If any of you are on PC have this happen frequently even after running Rebuild Local Data on that settlement, let me know and I can send you an alpha build to test out before that patch day.
