Solved ("What is the command?") Don't do Creationclub kids

I have an existing save I made to use the prebuild on after doing testing first but then realized that I can only do so on startup. Does anyone know the command for it? I saw it mentioned. It would be great to not have to start yet another save. A bat file would be especially appreciated if it's particularly long.

Well, I can say already that it causes pretty bad crashing even after the prebuild is done, soooo.... Yeah, you shouldn't use the command after exiting the vault. NEW SAVE TIME.
