I finished the first part where you claim a settlement as a home base by taking over Sunshine Tidings Co-op.
I was really hoping that would be enough to fix it. Sadly it wasn't.
I've tried taking over Starlight Drive-in and Oberland Station, but have encountered the same glitch in both places. It always says there's an enemy left somewhere when there isn't. This doesn't seem to happen in settlements that don't have turrets.
I'm thinking any settlement with turrets is going to have this same particular glitch. The turrets can't be completely destroyed and are able to automatically repair themselves so maybe the mod counts them as some unkillable enemy and never completes because there's still this magical immortal enemy alive.
Oh right, the Sim Settlements construction at Sunshine Tidings Co-op also deleted the computer used to interact with Mr. Goodfeels, making him one of those NPC's that you just can't do anything with.
I left a video showing the problem here: Sorry if I seem...rude or something. This is the third save I've had to scrap due to conqueror's glitches, so I was kind of annoyed at the time. I'll probably drop the mod until later on when it's a bit more stable. It seems like a cool idea if it works.
