Thread status display

Sometimes Sim Settlements has alot of work to do and it'd be great to know how it's going.

I'd like to be able to enable thread status update messages in the console or holotape. At the very least perhaps have a console command which displays a thread summary with # of active thread and the count of commands in each thread or whatever makes sense for how they're set up.

I think there is a thread handler for each thread with a list of commands in each one so maybe just a console command to dump thread counts to give some idea of the number of active SS scripts without having to save and use FallrimTools.

If a status message was displayed then it'd be difficult to know when to stop displaying it probably otherwise it'd endlessly display until disabled again

Maybe even just a toggleable hud option that grabs current thread queue depth and displays it every second or so

+1 i would love to see how sim settlements is doing performance wise and i think this would help see how good its doing... even like a latency option to see how long it takes to do things and show it in milliseconds or something...
