Question The Art of War-not enough warriors bug?

Hi, I’ve been having trouble the art of war, as I keep getting the message not enough warriors and not being able to meet up with my soldiers.
I’ve made multiple outposts, switched all of my soldiers to warrior type, have oberland station as an outpost, but nothing is working.
I’ve even tried setstage and removing other mods to no avail. I can’t progress with chapter 3, any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I keep having the same issue. Each of my outputs have between 20 and 45 soldiers. The Castle for example has 43 and I can walk around and find 10 warrior class soldiers. But what I go to start an operation it tells me I don't have enough. Sometimes other outposts will tell me I have negative warriors. Not sure what that's supposed to mean...

same here! I have done the quest multiple times with 5, 8 and 10 and then changed the recruits all to warrior in case that was hiding (it wasn't, was still default) and it will not proceed past 'meet up with your soldiers' which won't happen b/c I've been given an error about warriors. I've tried with both Salvadore leading and me leading. I have had to skip the quest. I'm glad it's not just me but sad it's broken now. I have a feeling that the quests after that are broken for the same reason. I'm glad to see this posted because I was thinking I did something since it was working previously. I was just advancing another character to that point to see if I could get it to work so I will stop now.

Yeah getting this far into a 100+hour playthrough, only to have it lose me my settlements with no way to assault to get them back... kinda makes me regret trying the new content.

Don't know if this is a clue as to the root cause of the bug, but during the quest the ability to arrange an assault yourself is disabled. So the goal meeting 'my soldiers' wouldn't be possible as your soldiers won't be there. Going to watch others videos progressing through the quest, see if that gives a hint or clue of why this is happening.

Tried doing a run where I took the option to skip the tutorial, have set up an outpost that is within range of edget tour marina.
Tried starting an assault from the outpost war planner desk.
Able to select it, available warriors showing as 14
Go to add warriors
Trade menu coming up shows, nobody listed to add.
I don't have a good solution this yet and as I'm not one of the developers I do not why its happening, but hopefully this is patched.

Hello, did you get bug sorted , its so annoying as i don't want to skip ,spent days trying different settlements and stuff but nope dosn't want to play ,if you did get sorted let me know how PLEASE ...
