Resolved Swapped Settlement Plans

I had the problem with Sanctuary. It was showing Dry Rock Gulch from the Supplies drawer. I tried a Rebuild City from the Blueprint and that fixed the issue. I checked all the other settlements and they were fine.

if you wiggle around and try and a few times eventually it'll show up as the proper settlement.

When I click on the Blueprint in Outpost Zimonja, it still shows "Sanctuary Hills" as does the "City Details" option. I ran a Needs Report right after and it showed "Outpost Zimonja".
What is the workshop ID for the blueprint when you run the sv command?

Hi. Sorry for the delay the blueprint for Zimonja shows WorkshopID=38.
Continuing my playthrough (with a dedicated backup save for testing Zimonja), I did notice that the Uncapped Settlement Surplus - nexusmods: 12430 - script(s) were still running for workshops. I did follow the their instructions for uninstalling the mod. However, I'm not sure if it would have an impact on how SS ROTC works.

Very strange - so the blueprint is attached to the correct workshop. Going to have to dig in to the code to see how it's giving you the incorrect name.

I am having a problem with game everytime i play it it just freezing and making a loud annoying noise and goes back to the home screen on Xbox one can u please help me out i love playing fallout

This may help. Here's a list of all Sim Settlements stuff I have running:
Sim Settlements 3.1.2
ROTC 3.1.2
Industrial Revolution 3.1.2
Vanilla Leaders by SkuzzKitty 1.2
Sim Homestead by Eldarth 4.6
PCDugAddons by PCDug 1.2
Building Plans Preview by ArcherDown 1.9b
Home Improvements AIO by kevbal 2.0.5
Wasteland Venturers by Myrmarachne and Tinuvia 7.1
Ruined Homes and Gardens by Ruinedworld 3.0.0
IDEK's Logisitics Station by IDontEvenKnow 1.1.1 - just saw 1.1.3 is available, going to install and retest now just in case

Try disabling building plans preview. I know that's been the cause of issues in the past.

No Change after upgrade to IDEK's Logistics Station. Zimonja still shows "Sanctuary Hills" in the Blueprint

In addition, I assigned Jun Long as Zimonja's Leader to see what would happen. Nothing changed/happened. I teleported him to Zimonja just in case the Leader needs to be there to trigger the script. I then went to Sanctuary Hills and checked the Blueprint, and it still shows Preston as Leader.

Since (I'm assuming) the Workshop ID showing for the Blueprint in Zimonja is correct, and nothing happens when I assign a Leader (no popup to destroy and rebuild), then is there some other link between the City Planning Desk and the settlement?

Is there a way to confirm that WorkshopID 38 is correct for Zimonja? I don't know if this is a fixed value or if it changes from game to game.

My 2-cents is to start with the code that displays the settlement name and work backwards, since we (meaning me) can see that part of the issue is broken.

Thanks again

No luck. My steps:
  1. Disabled Building Plans Preview in NMM
  2. Loaded my "Fix_Zimonja" save (that I have been working with outside my running game)
  3. Click on Blueprint - No Change
  4. Craft a Reset Workshops Array to verify
  5. Run Reset Workshops Array
  6. Click on Blueprint - No Change
No sure if it makes a difference, but I'm only running the "Newest Version" of Building Plans Preview which looks like it just contains mesh files

Thanks

If the workshop ID on the blueprint matches the one on the actual workbench - then it should be working correctly. No idea why it wouldn't be otherwise.

no idea if it helps or not, but I just created a city plan at the castle and when I went to donate supplies, I saw that it showed as Boston Airport. I then backed out without donating and looked at the city details, where it showed as the Castle. After a city refresh, it again showed properly as the Castle in the supplies menu.

eta: when reloading my exit save, it showed Boston Airport in the supplies menu again but then seemed to autocorrect upon a second look.

And the journey continues. Picked up Finch Farm and Greentop Nursery. Both showed the correct location in their respective Blueprints. I'm running the Vanilla Leaders add-on so I was able to build both settlements and assign Abraham Finch and "Mr Greentop" as City Leaders for their respective necks of the woods.

Thus far only Oberland Station as "Spectacle Island" and Outpost Zimonja as "Sanctuary Hills" have issues. Not knowing anything about the code itself, I did notice that the "official" name for Zimonja is "RelayOupostZimonja". Probably already accounted for, but it may be a thing.

@celery551 I have a potential solution for the blueprint showing the wrong settlement name implemented for the next patch. If this ends up fixed for you at 3.1.3 (should be out this weekend), please tag me in this post so I know it worked. If it does, this issue could probably be affecting a ton of other things that I'll need to change.

@kinggath 1 step closer. but no joy:
1. I uninstalled 3.1.2 of Sim Settlements, Industrial Revolution, and Rise of the Commonwealth
2. I installed 3.1.3 of SS, IR, and ROTC
3. Loaded up my test save at Zimonja
4. Clicked on the Blueprint - Popup shows "Outpost Zimonja"
5. I clicked "Assign City Leader" and chose Jun Long and received the message "Jun Long is now the Leader of Sanctuary Hills".
6. I backed out of the CPD and waited a couple of minutes for the city building animation to start to see if the message was just a nuisance - nothing happened.
7. I clicked back in to the Blueprint and chose the City Plan option - it only showed "ROTC - Sanctuary Hills".
8. I built and ran "Reset Workshop Arrays"
9. I then clicked back into the Blueprint and the City Plan option - still only shows "ROTC - Sanctuary Hills".
10. I backed to "Change City Leader" and chose Preston (current Leader of Sanctuary) and it popped the warning about changing settlements.
11. I chose Yes and backed out again - no change at Zimonja.

*queue sad trombone*

did you try to pick up and drop the desk so it would refresh?
@Harry Young
Second test since 3.1.3:
1. Loaded up the Zimonja save
2. Picked up and placed the CPD
3. Clicked on the Blueprint and selected the City Plan - received the message "There are no City Plans for this..."
4. Chose "Assign City Leader" and chose Marcy Long - received the message "Marcy Long is now the Leader of Sanctuary Hills"
5. Chose "Select City Plan" - list only shows "ROTC - Sanctuary Hills"
6. Backed all the way out of the CPD
7. Scrapped the CPD and built a new one
8. Clicked on the Blueprint - shows Marcy Long still as Leader
9. Chose "Select City Plan" - list only shows "ROTC - Sanctuary Hills"
