Resolved stranger not building first asam building

I really want to use this mod but I cant get farther than the start because the stranger will not build the ASAM building he talks to me I play along and then he just stands in the middle of the plot and does nothing I don't know what to do I uninstalled and reinstalled the mod but he still stands there not building.

See if closing out the game and restarting to just before you talk to Jake about building. Instead of talking to him right away, stand there and look at the ground for about 2 minutes. This seems to get me past any of these types of issues. SS2 is a very script heavy mod and I run quite a few others so sometimes patience is the best tool for me. If that doesn't help you may want to post your load order here so folks can maybe see if you have a conflict.

If you will please post your loadorder.txt and your plugins.txt (as attachments or under the spoiler tag, please; if you are not familiar with them, they can typically be located at something like C:\Users\"your name"\AppData\Local\Fallout4), the community can take a look and see if any issues stand out.

I agree with LeapinL that it sounds like script lag, though something else is certainly possible. Is this on a new save, or did you add SS2 to an existing playthrough?

I was just able to fix it I don't know witch mod did it but it works now thanks for the help ( I turned off all mods but sim and it is working now)
