Sanctuary Hills Bugs for RotC

I don't know if it's script lag, but I cannot activate any of the ASAM sensors in Sanctuary. I also cannot assign settlers to any housing or jobs and my bed count is set at 17 beds with 18 settlers even though I have 3 2x2 residential plots and at least 2 interior plots free. I've tried refreshing the local plots, but I don't get the notification that they're being refreshed and I cannot scrap any of the built plots. I don't mind rebuilding the town because I wasn't using a city plan and don't have anybody selected as mayor; that and I figured I'll remove the old houses since they're an eye-sore. Thanks.

This results in industrial equipment floating in the air and a pair of internal residence plots being out in the air on an open foundation. Screenshot attached of both the pixelation that appears for 2-3 seconds and the final result of floating objects with no structure.

UPDATE: This is a bug with SCRAP EVERYTHING. It looks like some structures that were scrapped via this mod is not checked for restore when Sim Settlements rebuilds cities. This might still be a bug that could be addressed within Sim Settlements; I'm not sure how that all works.

That's not a bug.
If you use a scrap or clean up mod, then when another mod needs to use the removed items, that is what happens. The only way to fix your oops.. is to roll back to before you over scrapped Sanctuary.

Uninstalling SCRAP EVERYTHING was sufficient to fix all of the issues without the need for rolling back to a previous save. In case anyone else runs into this.
 
Which can cause a massive mess if you've over scrapped a bunch of settlements. Unless you're planing on trashing them and starting over. Then that works fine, since SE doesn't *hurt* anything, it just makes a mess of the settlements. LOL

I don't know if I've miss anything about when to start the RotC settlement in Sanctuary
When I'm appointing a leader (Codsworth) I get no prompt message to "Tear everything up". I'm not sure what is causing this yet. I've been looking around the web and didn't find anything related to my problem or solving it.
By the way, I can start a RotC settlement in Red Rocket without problem.
Since it's the first time I'm using this mod, I'm not sure if there is any requirement except for the companion to build in Sanctuary (quest related, etc).
 
Hi, okay so i'm kind of confuse about this issue, english is not my native language so i'm really sorry if that's not clear enough, i'm gonna do my best :

I was playing just fine until now, i'm experiencing a weird issue in Sanctuary Hills, using RotC and in a specific place. I've run into others issues but so far nothing really " bad " i've experience one crash during the cinematic, i fixed it by restarting the game and now everything is just fine. That being said, let's go back to the main topic.

I'm crashing 100% of the time when i'm entering in the first house on the right of Sanctuary bridge, 100%, it's happen exactly on the plot created by the RotC city plan of Sanctuary, the plot himself is called : [WM] Rock the Boat ( LERF ) by Tinuvia.

So far, this is what i tried :

- Restarting the game and the computer
- Scraping the plot
- Loading an old save and see what's going on

100% crash, except some silgthly differencies. I've tried scraping the plot that seem to be the source of the problem, whenthe plot still here i'm experiencing a freeze, when i scrap it i can freely move around all the place, going minding my buisness in the settlement but when i came back after some time ( 3~4 minutes ) i've crashed again ( this was a ctd, when the plot still here the game just freeze.

I'm actually trying this right now, just starting sim settlement, putting the same plot in the same spot and waiting, trying to figure if it occur again or not, except this time i've uninstalled RotC.

I hope i can find some help here and maybe help a bit too ^^
 
Are you running any addon packs that have interior plots? It could be a bad install of the addon OR SS.
A lot of the time doing a manual install fixes things. Well.. sometimes. LOL
The nice thing about SS is, it's brain dead easy to install manually. Just extract the file to the Data folder.. Yes to overwrite... done. :)

Your mod list is huge. I thought I had a lot of mods, but you make me look frugal.

Try this: the plot you're talking about is from the Wasteland Ventures All in One, but maybe something went wrong with the install of it. That is not the "default" plan for that spot based on the City Plan for Sanctuary. In your holotape settings (Or MCM settings) change the city plans (under City Building) to use the "designer's choice" buildings. Then, try rebuilding the entire settlement from scratch. You can do this with the City Planner's Desk by taking back control, selecting the city plan again, then a leader, and then letting it go. The "designer's choice" plots are those picked by the original plot designer to go in those spaces, so they're the most "ideal" choices. You don't HAVE to use them, but it helps. Because we're trying to get this to work, try this first. IF this works, then you can change the plots around to whatever building plan you want, but what we're trying to see is if there is a problem with that spot or just with that specific Wasteland Ventures interior plot.
 
And just so ya know.. all you have to do is choose a City Plan and it will start over. ;)
 
This house got deleted after building. I have scrap everything installed, but didn't scrap this before selected the building plan.

I have some problems with the latest patch of SS 3in1.

1; I always have to exit to menu and reload after I've talked to Preston in Sanctuary. Only after this, I get the message that Sanctuary is unlocked.

2; When Sanctuary finally have finished loading the lvl0 foundation, some plots are stuck at the building stage (this applies to any city plan I use). The only way I get around this, is if I delete the plots and place new ones.

The only scrapping mod I use, are Cleaner Lived-in Settlements (to remove unwanted bushes, vines, leaf piles, etc.
