Is this bed supposed to be part of the city plan? It gets built with the city but when I perform a city refresh it gets removed and isn't replaced.
It's also unassigned but if I reassign Codsworth to the planner's desk manually as he doesn't get auto-assigned to the planner's desk after a build he gets assigned to the bed it automatically.
I believe it happens when you let cities upgrade when you are not near the settlement, to fix it go to the city planner desk(the blueprint) and refresh the city. To keep it from happening in the future, you can go to the holotape options under upgrade I believe, and set it to manual. You might also try setting hold upgrades until I see them to yes.Hello my Sanctuary at lvl 1 is totally messed up. I have IDEK's and Sim Settlements: Mega Pack installed. Any idea why this is happening and how to solve it?

You might also sometimes see things from previous city levels that are overlapping other items, refreshing the city should help fix that as well.
I couldn't help you with your crashing problem, but refreshing the city simply removes all the Sim settlement placed items in your settlement, then put them back into place. It doesn't reset the city level, seems to be more for fixing item placement issues. But it leaves plots alone. What does "refreshing the city" actually mean? Does it get demolished and rebuild again?
I'm currently trying to upgrade Sanctuary to Level 2. It's on lvl 1 with 100% and has 100% scrap and so far, I tried upgrading 5 times. 4 of those times, it gave me a CTD, with two of them happening in the first 5 seconds of the flying animation while on the 5th time, the flying animation stopped moving (with the music playing on) and I had to end it via task manager
Unfortunately I found my issue is game wide, not just sanctuary. Where should I post it in this case? It´s the same as a plot refresh. You can do it from the city desk.
As for the crash during the animation, you can disable it in the holotape options. Animations during upgrades takes more resources from your machine, so disabling it might help
No its thisSince the most recent update, whenever I build the city, shortly after my game crashes. I'm on Xbox one x, and I have changed the performance settings to standard Xbox one a One S, adjusted the multi-threading to 1, even turned it off, same outcome. It seems to happen during the time that the plots are getting their plans set
