"No rooms found for this project" When trying to build Watchkeeper's barracks

Hey, For like a day or two I'm having a bug where everything i try to build in GNN HQ it tells me "No rooms found in this project" however it still withdraws the recourses. I cleaned up the whole building. I have some other mods running as well, but they are mainly for clothes and other customization

I run the latest version of both the game and the mod.

OK so I watched that video. It looks to me like the only actual problem in it is that you haven't finished How To HQ. -_-
Finish the tutorial and THEN you can do the rest. Check what your quest log actually says.
Also use the Change Room Purpose option on each room's screen until you get some that say Living Quarters, not Room Layout or Room Upgrades.

How can you finish it if the quest wants living quarters and you can't build them at all? Also at that stage player has freedom to build pretty much anything except office exterior and atrium.

So yes to clarify i didn't finish How to Hq, however as i stated before i need to build a Living Quarters. I can't build a Living Quarters due it doesn't show up in building menu. All of the room screens say "No options were sent to selected from" All you can see the pictures above

I started a clean save and installed all the mods manually this time. (Some working better already) I will hope it doesn't bug out this time, also will try to make a save file before i start how to hq. Thank you for the help!

Good luck! You can skip most of the quests (take your time doing that though, especially HQ stuff) and make a bunch of layouts for your settlements in advance, so it's not as painful to rebuild all that. And "settler zapper" mod to cheat settlers stats so you have some cannon fodder HQ folks ready to go.
