This is less of a bug or issue, more of a question and more 'generalized,' but since it relates to Martial plots, I'll ask here.
One major irritation I'm encountering in Fallout 4 is Settlement defense and the utter moronic actions of my settlers. Mainly this: When the settlement comes under attack, Settlers stationed in Guard structures or Martial plots abandon their post and run out to fight the enemy. Needless to say, this is exceedingly dumb and totally defeats a well planned base defense layout if all your Settlers just abandon their posts to rush out.
I dunno if this is something Martial plots can attempt to correct. But it'd be really nice if Marital plots could somehow convince it's posted Settler to never leave their post, stay and fight with excellent cover and well placed turrets supporting the post.
