How to HQ dialog missing

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has encountered an issue concerning the dialog with Jake when he asks if you told Mansfield where to go? I have tried all 4 dialog options but each one just leads to an endless round of the "quiet game" while we stare at each other. I have tried to save/reload, disengage/re-engage, and exit/reenter the building but nothing seems to work. Please help.

That's when Mansfield should show up and interrupt the awkward staring. Happened to me the last time, anyway. I'll get there again soon (probably) so gonna check.

Oh, I guess I should have mentioned that. Mansfield is already there standing in the doorway but does nothing. If I disengage with Jake, it won't let me engage with anyone else and if I go to Mansfield ot resets the dialog with Jake.

Try again with dialogue camera on? I'm assuming you have it off for this. But it's still odd something like this would break it.

I just tried that and, no, it doesn't work
