How Do I Complete Memory Den Mission if Irma is Dead?

I just met Lupe at the Memory Den and cannot progress through the dialog because Irma died in my game a long time ago. Is there some way you could make it so you can just take one if Irma is dead? Alternatively could you post the Quest Id so that I can get past that stage using the console?

Also, I had to use the console to talk to Hauer but then it tells me to place 3 MILAs for Tinker Tom but Tom's dialog has nothing capable of helping me get any of those. I also can't collect my reward from the cops for getting crap from the scrap heap. When I ask for the money nothing happens.
 
I managed to progress using the console but it seems stuck on waiting for Lupe to take the memory lounger back to HQ. I went to HQ eventually and Jake said the lounger had made it there but there was no sign of it. Lupe was there too but the quest objective still says to wait for her to bring it back.

Plus, now I don't get the SS2 dialog options with settlers. Normally I get the SS2 options and have to select something else to use vanilla dialog but now it is just vanilla.
 
It was changed several patches ago so that you need to have the "Recruitment Clipboard" equipped as your 'weapon' to get the HQ dialog to come up, do you have that?
 
Several people have reported that issue with the Lounger never showing up. Havent yet figured that onr out, it worked fine for me when I did that quest last night myself.

Good to hear I am not alone. Right now it seems the only thing not showing up is the lounger. I wonder if I could just complete the quest via console and move on or do you think the lounger might be needed in the future?
 
Ok, so i got the radio message after about 3 in-game days,fast travel from goodneighbor to virgil, then to Sanctuary, then to gremlin's LPP, then back to sactuary. the quest was stage 50 while waiting, stage 60 at the radio message, and advanced to stage 70 once jake was done telling me how cool i was. lounger is there and both lupe and jake were picking over it.

gonna finish the quest, but this looks like a success. my previous success was on 2.2.2 upgraded to 2.2.3a. my current game is 2.2.3a upgraded to 2.2.4 then 2.2.4a.

the lounger is marked as a side quest in the ESM (SS2C2_Sirick_SQ02) so i suspect it's a feature for player comfort, but i personally can't imagine the use case where it solves a problem.
 
are the residential ASAMs models that show you the "view details" view supposed to be no texture pink? i think this might be a bug. everything looks normal in person, and the defense, commercial, and municipal ASAM models look normal in the lounger simulation, but the recreational ones use commercial blue instead of recreational purple and the residential ones are blender existential crisis pink.
