Okay so I'm having an issue on the Xbox One relating to the Industrial add on, I created a lumber mill and over time it was ready to upgrade (I had the advanced ones set to manual upgrade) but I never upgraded it and I ended up feeling like moving it. I don't remember if I scrapped it or stored it but now there's a ton of floating clutter from the lumber mill that I can't get rid of. I tried refreshing the plots but it doesn't work, my location is also in sanctuary if that's needed.

It can sometimes just take a long time to clean up if your save file scripts are getting backed up. Otherwise, you can download the mod Sim Settlement Helper, which will make everything the mod creates scrappable.
