Dose anyone know how to fix the important data is missing from a plot, destroying it bug

I Updated base SS2 then Chapters 2 and 3 now whenever I build a plot it gives me a pop up that says "important data roaming is missing from a plot, destroying it". It's wiping out whole settlements no matter what I try. I even downloaded workshop framework script override and put it at the bottom of my load order. I'm lost at this point if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.

I am also experiencing this issue on xbox. I've tried going back to old saves and they do not work. The city planners desk in my settlements are also not responsive after the update.

I deleted and reinstalled the mods, I also noticed while doing that, HUDframework was not installed. I installed HUDframework after reinstalling all SS2.. It's now working.

I downloaded the update this morning and that fixed it for me glad it's working for you.
