Crashing to Desktop After Entering Vault 88

After three days of playtime on a save, I had been using Vault 88 as my main settlement since about 6 hours in. I used a city plan, and everything was fine until just tonight where now, every single time I try to enter the vault, it loads for a few seconds and then I crash to desktop. I have tried all alternate entrances, tried to coc, everything I could really think of. Other large settlements are fine, including The Castle and a huge Starlite Drive-In. I saw on the SS2 Wiki it suggested backing up to the settlement, facing it away from it and everything if you are crashing when traveling to it, but that doesn't apply here since it is an interior cell.

Sounds like a power grid or scrap crash issue. One possible solution would be to bring up the Workshop Framework holotape or MCM options (not the SS2 holotape or MCM, the Workshop Framework one) and try to use its tools to remotely destroy the power grid. I can't give you the specific holotape paths, but I think it is under tools or advanced tools, and then it will let you select the settlement and destroy the power grid. That should hopefully let you enter the settlement, then you can go to the workbench, select manage, and then rebuild the power grid through the "Power Tools" options there.

Tried that, still crashing :/
Using Vault 88 as your Main Settlement is not ideal.
As a work around, you could use the City Manager Holotape to change the Main Settlement:
Tools > Advanced Tools > Change Main Settlement Quest

I didn't mean the main quest settlement, just that it was like my personal main one, where I stored all my loot and had power armor, all the workbenches, junk dump, follower home, etc

Do you have Buffout installed? It is tough to help with what might be the cause of the crash without more information like from a buffout crash log scan which will typically say more about the problem. There's a guide from the wiki here -

Forums won't let me upload the .txt itself, or paste the whole log in so I just figured I'd do this, let me know if you need more from the log.

I had used that for a while, but it just kinda stopped working after a bit and I have no idea why.

This is all I really get anymore if I check any crashes :/

Update: Got it all working
I used workshop framework to remotely destroy power grid as suggested earlier, still did nothing
However after that, I remotely reset the settlement, and that worked but all my plots were bugged (no HUD showing on them or anything), and to fix that I used workshop framework to repair power grid, then manually pick up all plots in build mode, then press tab to cancel the movement and that seemed to reset it all properly.
