Can't Use Plots

I have two issues happening and I can't for the life of me figure out what's causing it.

One: I can't interact with plots. I click them but I never get a pop up or anything. The ASAM Sensor never appears and on interior plots, clicking them just does nothing. On top of this, auto assignment seems to have stopped as well and any plots that were in the middle of being built/upgraded are stalled. (See below for the ASAM not showing and plot not building.

Two: The on screen settlement menu thing no longer comes up when I am in settlements. Doesn't matter how long I wait around for it. I let the game run for over an hour and it never came up. (See below for the not seen HUD menu thing.)

However, if I DO happen to click on a plot, I tend to get a CTD roughly 15 - 20 min later. So I think there is probably some sort of script lag, but I dunno why or what could be causing it.

The primary issue for me personally is that this is the last bit I was doing for the January contest lol. So I can't get the plots to build, nor even select the plans for it.

I'll give it a shot when I get back from the vet! So sorry that I missed that thread! LOL I searched to see if anyone was having a similar issue but I was pressed for time to make my appointment.

Hopefully, the trip to the vet goes well.

To me, those are more important than an actual doctors appointments

It went 417 dollars well >.<
But my doggo is doing better! So that's a plus.

Anyway, I tried the hotfix out and the ASAMs started working but I can't seem to get past 30 seconds before I CTD. Anyway I flagged Kinggath in that other thread and reported it.

I'm marking this as fixed as the CTDs are likely unrelated to the now fixed ASAM Sensor issue.
