Firstly I've been playing with 3.0.3b Sim settlements, Industrial Revolution, Rise of the Commonwealth, Brea's Defences, Junk town, Scrappers, PCdugAddon and Building plan Preview.

I've noticed that as the HUD framework is loading and I open up the plot plan menu to choose the plots blueprint, It'll show some of the plans but when the HUDframework loads fully they will all disappear and only leave SS scrapyard, The advanced industrial plot does the same with gaining then losing plot plans.

Next onto the CTD, Randomly my game will close so I activated the logs, After 4 more they all spam me with the same mod that caused the upset "Sim.settlement" I'll leave the logs in there Format below for downloading and inspecting, I did recently try a corrupted save script cleaner that appeared to help but I won't know till I start playing a little later.

Based on the dumping stack messages and the building plan issue, it sounds like you have the 3.0.3 bug. The script cleaning from Fallrim Tools and killing off certain ActiveScripts (you can expand your ActiveScripts and paste a screenshot here for advice on which to terminate) should let you play normally again.

If for some reason you can't load your save into FallrimTools, you most likely will have to clean save Sim Settlements out to clear out the scripts from your save file.

Also, After the save clean I did, I played after that and had 4 crashes, 1 was related to sims and the other 3 were crashing when I left the building where you get the chip to get to the Institute, However I just used the console to travel away and that sorted that. Also also, I play in survival....I've started to hear that survival is buggy to, Like the V.A.T.S freeze I get.

That's definitely the 3.0.3 bug. You'll want to terminate all of those simparentscript's and manually install 3.0.3b

Or you can wait for today's patch. Either way you'll need to terminate those scripts.

oooooo A new patch ? Is there a set time for that out of curiosity ?

So I delete ALL these scripts, Remove Sim settlements via Nexus then re-install SS manually instead of by Nexus ?

If not, Care to give me instructions ?

NMM doesn't always overwrite existing files when you're updating the mod. That's why we advice to do a manual install.

Howto
First, we recommend that you download 7zip if you don't already have it installed.

Public alpha or beta patches
If you're downloading the the public alpha or beta patches KG links to here in the forum, you'll get a zip file that you should extract to your [..\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data] folder. Answer yes to overwriting files. You don't need to change anything in NMM (it will however display the old version number, but not issue any warnings).

Released patches/mod versions on the NEXUS
Using NMM
Download the mod, via the NMM link.
Deactivate and then delete the old version from within NMM
Install the new version from within NMM
This should in theory remove the old files first so that NMM doesn't fail to place the new files in the data folder.

Manually
(If you already have the mod activated in NMM, leave it be. Don't change anything there.)
Download the files manually.
Extract the files to the [..\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data] folder. Answer yes to overwriting the old files.
This will update the mod files. However, NMM might display the wrong version number, and issue a warning if you scan for updates. This is due to the fomod info being old. If that's an issue for you, read up on how to manually install mods with NMM.

Thanks to the both of you for these useful replys, I cleaned up the scripts as your linked post displays and I'll do a manual re-install of SS 3.0.3b till your new release.
