From my understanding its a simple server load issue. The amount of traffic that anywhere having to do with Fallout 4 is seeing is through the roof.

I have heard that this is a Bethesda issue, and as suck there isn't anything SS2 folks can do about it.

Thats good. The reason I am asking about the 3-in-1 is that is from Sim Settlements 1. And 1 and 2 are not compatible with each other. That most likely would explain a lot of the odd things you are seeing.

Its also worth mentioning that Better Companions and Multiple Companions Overhaul may be conflicting. Also, did you at any point have the 3-in-1 active on this save file?

A couple of your mods there require F4SE, but I don't see that in your modlist.

As I mentioned in one of your other threads, it would be nice to know what versions of everything you are running and a full list of all the other mods you are running.

That would be a possible opinion for something you paid for. Its not though. And support is provided by volunteers in their spare time. As it is you seem to be running into a fair amount of problems. It may be better to start with which versions of which mods you are using, a full mod list...

There isn't an issue with permissions that I can think of if your doing it for your private use. If your planning on publishing it somewhere though, you would almost assuredly need permission. I can't say if there would be any issues with the conversion itself though.
