Discord invite please

I am having trouble with this mod at virtually every quest, I somehow managed to get to HQ but now cant build anything as I cant recruit people, I want access to Discord so someone can help me out

There isn't a SS2 Public Discord to invite you to.
This is actually the best place to ask for help.

There is a Patreon one called Sim Settlements Supporters, for the folks that donate through Kinggath's Patreon:
Sign up
And another for providing support to folks who would like to try their hand at building plans, and other modding.

Re building in Headquaters, you may wish to find some rooms that can be built: Living Quarters for 2 people or the Department Heads.

That would be a possible opinion for something you paid for. Its not though. And support is provided by volunteers in their spare time. As it is you seem to be running into a fair amount of problems. It may be better to start with which versions of which mods you are using, a full mod list, and weather you are using a Collection or Wabbajack List. Also, if you have done any conflict resolution yourself, what your load order looks like. All of those are pretty important things that would need to be known to start to help you.
