Question Workshop Framework Has Encountered an Error After Booting Up Game (No Mods Removed/Changed)

In short, what the tin says. The previous night I booted up a very heavily modded game before starting a new runthrough. Everything seemed to work fine, until I booted it up today and all the mods completely reloaded, subsequently blasting me with pop-up questions and restarting all my quests (Quite literally, the left side of my screen was drowning in notifs saying quests were starting along with all the new radio stations appearing). Once I reanswered all the questions and everything else rolled through, I got a pop-up saying that Workshop Framework Has Encountered an Error. I want to stress that between last night and today, nothing was changed with my mod order. To double check, I started a new run today, and once I got out of Vault 111 for the first time, I saved and quit to the main menu before hitting continue only for the same issue to occur.

I'm not sure what exactly the issue is, so I would strongly like some help figuring this out.
