Where There's Smoke Progress Blocked

I got to the part where Jake asks me to sit down and turn the frequency on the radio, but I get stuck with what looks like a broken dialogue box. I verified all the possible issues that were recommended. I even removed the Start Me Up mod, which I didn't know could cause an issue. At this point, my campaign progress is blocked.

IF you are using Extended Dialogue Interface (XDI), you need to install the SS2 - XDI Compatibility Patch
