I've been through all of these other forums and can not get it to start! When I walk up to Caleb, he says nothing to me at all. Please, please help me if you can!

From the quest guide -
If you kill Boris before the quest gives you that objective, the quest may not progress.
If you search, find and read the note before the quest gives you that objective, the quest may not progress.

Otherwise it may be another break in the quests. They meant to be done in addition to other stuff.

The guide (Found by clicking the home button, Guide button, SS2 Quest Guide) has the quest stages. While they suggest you dont use the console commands on the main quest (Use the holotape cheat to advance the main quest) the side quests are less subject to errors. You can use the setstage command to try and force it to advance - but save first! It might break stuff still.

That was probably the error I made, oh well.
If you dont want to / cant go back to before that stage try using the console command (If on PC) to advance it. If your unfamiliar with it I will post what you need to do to advance it.

For SS2C2_ConcordQuest_TheHunt2_Caleb ? Bumping it to one hasnt helped? If so Im at a loss. You might try recycle actor on Caleb and see if he realizes whats up. You could also try activating the Hunt For Boris ( SS2C2_ConcordQuest_TheHunt1_Caleb ) and see if you can replay it.

Worst case scenario you could try installing Chapter 2. You are /not/ supposed to remove mods but you can update them.

There is a public Beta build on the site you can download and use too. It has a lot of tweaks and fixes they would love some feedback on if your interested - if not it might work for you. I use it on all my casual gameplay and city builds right now.
