Scrap Everything is sadly the issue. If you are like me and HATE, no no let me make that clearer F^%$#*& HATE brambles and bushes and all that little ground clutter in your perfect settlement then maybe it would be worth it to run it in your load order. However I will say that you will start to run into some pretty annoying issues as time goes on.
I installed HD IVY thank god for that now I just need something for those unsightly brambles.
As for disabling scrap everything I do still get the floating letters glitch and the floating conduits. However that is a very small price to pay for stability. I like the feeling of my settlements being alive. I do hope that the floating Conduits can be fixed. I am not sure the cause. I did a clean install of the game reinstalled f4se, then Enb series, then Beautification project and true storms. I did not install true shadows. Then I reinstalled Sim Settlements and played from there I got the floating conduit issue.
I then reloaded all my mods 4 at a time and kept testing the game. When I got to scrap everything that is when the stutters started they were slight but there were noticeable.
I loaded in my old save of over 100 hours and with it enabled the stutters were annoying. When disabled it was much better. However something I deleted must still be causing an issue in that save since I still get noticeable stutters from time to time. Not quite as annoying but still can make or break it for some people.
You know what? You're right, and I actually knew that but somehow - in my mod updating haze over the weekend - I installed them both. Doh! I have been meaning to delete the former now that I have the latter, but hadn't yet, and wasn't paying attention. My bad there.i dont think you need both of the attacker/buildzone mods. i think one replaced the other...
Makes sense, and I considered that as a culprit, but will have to do some testing.shadows for sim settlements will also tax your system.
