Solved Strange unattached element - Missing Script

Had a crash for the first time in a while and noticed this in my last save. Gonna jump back to the previous save so not a big deal, but does this kind of thing happen from time to time? Seems weird that it pops up now because I haven't attempted any bounties and I haven't changed anything about the SS/Conqueror install.

Update:

Just retraced the sames steps. Saves are clean. Must just be an odd occurrence. I'll update the Q/A tag just so this doesn't take up anyone's time.
