SS2 Partially Unplayable

Xbox player here. I seem to have an issue where SS2 causes guaranteed freezes and/or crashes when attempting to enter the Central Boston Area. Not just the typical east side, but also around Hangmans Alley and Diamond City. I've thoroughly checked with several changes to the mods I'm using (fresh restarting repeatedly), and I can confirm SS2 is causing it. I'm not sure how any mods I have left could be interfering with SS2 to cause it, or if I'm not alone in this specific issue. Hopefully it can be fixed, this mod is primarily what's keeping me hooked on FO4 of late.

Go to Bethesda.net, check your active mods there and not in game. I had 2 "Ghost" mods that were creating havoc with my game. FPS at 10, freezing and crashes.
