SS2 doest start and SS2 section won't appear on workshop(Xbox Series X)

I'm starting to play fallout 4 Xbox one version disc on the series x and I installed automatron dlc then I installed workshop,SS2,SS2 chapter 2 and 3 in order. I started a fresh new save and got the magazine and built the radio beacon and generator but Jake doesn't show up and the SS2 section doesn't appear in the workshop menu
I can grab the holotape from the hardware store
I'd really appreciate the help on this issue

Do you get the workshop array error on load? And do you have a lot of creation club stuff maybe? One thing you could try is only enable SS2 all chapters after you get out of the vault and wait a bit. Then wait some more with it installed and go into workshop to build the beacon. That is, if you're sure that it's powered, it's the vanilla beacon and he's not just in the settlement somewhere (usually down the road, he stopped approaching you at some point).
I would also make sure all the mods are enabled right now (is it the correct workshop framework mod?), before doing that, and install HUD framework, you'll never know what's going on with the settlements without it.
Lastly, you can enable everything but chapter 3, if he shows up then do the first quest or 2, save, enable chapter 3 and wait some more for it to initialize everything.

I'm not sure what happened but it somehow worked when I started a new save but with the male sole survivor, the ss2 appeared in the workshop menu and Jake showed up though a bit down the road from Nate's house which doesn't bother me because at least it started the ss2 quest however there were moments for example when killing the raiders at concord neither he nor Preston spoke , I had to enter the museum and finish off the raiders fortunately Preston was able to speak to me , though during the fight in concord with the deathclaw, Jake was nowhere to be found until after I finished the fight and the group were heading to sanctuary, I tracked down Jake next to the bridge entering sanctuary and continue fairly normal
So far doing okay
