SPOILERS Cannot leave Quincy Power Well (Bug)

I am trapped inside the Quincy Power Well after having turned on the reactors. When I try to leave, a black loading screen stays on screen until I die by the Gunners outside. When enabling godmode (so I dont get killed while doing this) and disabling my UI, I can see the world is properly loaded and I can use my healing items and Pip-Boy etc, but I can't move. I'm assuming the "fake" loading screen is triggered by SS2 since this is not something that has ever happened to me for any interior cell except for this one scene where gunners are waiting outside a building.

I managed to get out by teleporting to QuincyRuinsExt, SS2 teleported me back but this time the loading screen went away after a while.
