No Response [Solved] Jammer dialog loop when setting up settlement attacks

Before the 4.0.5 update I captured my first Outpost. After installing the 4.0.5 update I'm trying to get my first Vassal and Jammer gets caught in a dialogue loop: He asks how many Raiders to send, confirms it, then asks again, wash, rinse, and repeat. I tried loading my save before I captured my first Outpost and he is doing the same thing.

Can you upload your save to a google drive and PM me a link (click my name on the left and choose Start a Conversation)? I can't replicate this, but if I can with your save I will hotfix it.
