Sim Settlements 2 and XDI patches

I have trouble trying to get the SS2 XDI Compatibility Patch to work in the game after the recent SS2 update in November 8th, as seen in the image attached.
I'm unsure of how to remedy this, as getting rid of the XDI mod was the only thing that worked. It had not been working since the first time I had met Jake Evans in Chapter 1. I had already tried loading the SS2-XDI patch after the SS2 esps (for all chapters), but it had no effect.

Is there another SS2-XDI compatibility patch that I am not aware of ?? I am using this: ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/48254?tab=description ) as the patch, which had worked in my previous playthroughs months before. I have attached my load order below, as I can only assume that I might have loaded the patch wrongly in some way I am unaware of. I greatly appreciate any help/advice !

I switched over to this patch by Wolfmark and published by Dankrafft — it corrects the same issues as the SS2 specific patch and properly displays the prompt text. Without the prompt text you can't tell which dialogue options are perk/skill checks.

it should be safe to install on top of the SS2 XDI patch but you can pull the SS2 XDI patch for your next play through.

Where do I find Wolfmark's fix? I googled and nothing shows up.

Everything you need is in the nexus link posted — instructions on wheee to download the modified DLL and updated config files for XDI
It isn't, there's no link or hint to the actual patch you need besides the name of the author, and google was stingy. I finally found it on some older reddit thread.

It's not linked in the mod description (which honestly I don't quite get; I'd list it there for visibility), but it is linked to in the mod requirements dropdown at the top of the page.
