I've recently started a playthrough with SS2 and ran into the settler limit inconvenience. Even after using the Commuications plot my settler limit remained capped by my charisma.
After checking my mod options I de-activated the charisma-bound settler limit option from Workshop Framework and SS2 but even with a settler at the comms my settler limit got stuck at 10, as if my charisma was at 0 despite having around 20 residential space available.
Am I doing something wrong (probably) ? Or that part of the Communication plot description is not actually in the game yet ?
