"Say Cheese" can't give picture of Jake to Dylan

I have five photos of Jake at this point but when I talk to Dylan I don't have the Option to turn one in not sure what to do tried dropping all but one but still can't turn it in I my dialog option is always "not yet" in reference of the photo

one of them was but now trying to take more pictures I'm not even getting any pictures add to my inventory
