Question Sanctuary Navmesh seems broken

Hi I'm using the default city plan for sanctuary provided with sim settlements 3-in-1 and my settlers seem to be congregating behind the main house or outside of the front gate.

Regardless of how many times I reload the cell the settlers never seem to go to where they are assigned (Stores etc.)

Just wondering if this is something that can be fixed?

Sorry my bad it completly slipped my mind. Here you go;

1. Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch
2. AWKR
3. We are the minutmen
4. Achievements
5. Survival options
6. Salvage beacons
7. Start me up - Normal dialog prompts
8. HUD Framework
9. DEF_Widgets_Core
10. Mod configuration menu
11. Sim settlements 3-in-1
12. Sim settlement mega pack 1
13. Sim settlement mega pack 2
14. Sim settlement mega pack 3
15. Workshop+
16. Sim settlements faction pack (Minitemen)

To confirm. You only have 16 mods currently loaded? You have DEF_Widges_Core but nothing that uses it? Also AWKCR without anything that uses it?

What mod manager are you using?

Sorry for the delay, yeah I tend to install mod frameworks/mods one at a time and test to prevent/identify conflicts.

I'm using the nexus mod manager.

There is problem number one. NMM has been depreciated in favour of Vortex or MO2. The community edition isn't officially supported at all. It doesn't handle load orders well.

You are going to have a hell of a time trying to get your game running if you continue on this track. Most of us on the site won't be able to help either.

this post may have some clues as to your issues; https://simsettlements.com/site/ind...h-settlers-vanilla-behaviour.6195/#post-46516

things to check - have you "cleaned" the settlement with any kind of clean up mod - if so that can contribute.
you say you're refreshing the settlement - don't do that - that won't help you - instead, go as far away from it as possible and see if after a couple of in-game days, the place settles down and you get some sort of settler pathing AI.

I'll check that link out, thanks.

No I have not used any clean up mods. As for the waiting away I'm playing on survival and had been wandering around downtown boston for at least 4 days after sanctuary upgraded before returning there.
