[RotC] Does the interior of Red Rocket Stay Empty

I noticed at level one there was nothing in it, not even early support structures like the barrel tables you see in other settlements. I decided to build myself my own personal workshop in it. Does it get filled in at later levels? Do I need to start removing my stuff?

From level 1 to 3 it starts to get filled up, with shelf, equipment and tables etc. So it would be a good plan no to put anything in there.

Thanks for the info! Is there any where clear/unused around level 3? Perhaps on the roof? If I can I'd rather relocate than just scrap it all. Is there anywhere I can see spoiler images of it?

There are mods to scrap the stuff, search the forums for recommended as they can have dire effects on meshes etc.
Google and youtube are your friend for spoilers.
I think you are best leaving building (that's what i did) until level 3 has upgraded as there is little space and you have to be creative.

I always leave this as my personal base... dumping stuff, storing things... since its so close to sanctuary.. I never saw any reason to populate it with settlers... they can stay on their own side of the river... plus... STAY OUT OF MY STUFF!!

Red Rocket is the only city i get to lvl 3. There isn´t much space available then, but i´ll tell you some SPOILERS where you can build something small for any personal space.

- There´s a Little space around the rocket in the roof
- Around the gas tanks
- Between the school bus and the martial plot (but you have to leave some space for the fence.
-Between the right fence (entering the city) and the main building nothing is built but is more like a way to pass through

Anyway, the best thing is wait until you reach lvl 3 and see for yourself. Then you can grab and move or scrap anything with Place anywhere

Thank you for the spoilers! That is WAY less space than I was expecting. I guess I'll wait till level 3 and likely end up building up rather than out. Or maybe I'll relocate to the emptier regions of Sanctuary or Grey Garden.

Ditto, though I do assign one settler there, just to work as provisioner for the Logistics station. Otherwise, it's just me and the companions I'm currently using (the rest get assigned as city leaders).
