Robot Curie considered a "child"

I can't assign robot Curie to a plot and get a message about not being able to assign children. I tried to assign her to a clinic plot.

Is this a vanilla bug that can't be worked around?

It's been long time since I messed with the robots. But they aren't assignable to plots at all are they? Other than martial & 2x2 agricultural.

I've assigned other robots at GreyGarden and there was a specific message about children not being assignable.

That is strange. I tried today, but couldn't reproduce the problem. Could there be another mod messing around?

Hmm, I'll check in FO4Edit and see if there is another mod updating Curie.

Hey Ilja. Just the unofficial patch updates robot-curie's form from what I'm finding. I'm currently searching for the condition for the message "Sim Settlements: Children are only assignable to Residential/Agricultural plots, and robots cannot own Residential plots." (kgSIM_RaceNotAllowed / 01007927)

Edit: I'm trying an internal commercial plot, the "medicine man" clinic, if that matters.

Edit2: Ok, I found it. It's in the commercial plot's PreventAssignRaces parameters. The message says "child" but it also includes all of the robot races as well as Dog Meat. So, Curie probably doesn't have the dialog although I'll look to see since you never know.

Edit: The robots I assigned to industrial plots were the named handy types like "Mr. Brown" so maybe they are special.
