Question Returning FO4 & SS1 player Problems with Holotape

Hi,
Sorry but as I wanted to play FO4 and use SS1 as I used to a while back I now cannot find the Holotape/assams in the museum.
I have played with a fresh start only mod was SS1, I played getting the holotape via console but the pipboy message repeated constantly when I was to press "OK".
I tried using NMM and vortex (which drives me nuts) to load the mod ok.
I tried saving outside the museum then reloading and still no holtape.
I tried a new game with ONLY SS1 loaded....no holotape. I need this great mod again as I can't play the entire FO4 with dumb settlers.
I use a Win 10 pc.
Any help please for a very frustrated player.

Hi All,
I simply cannot thank you all enough , Tinuvia, RayBo and anyone else who offered help and guidance to a struggling player. You are a credit to the forum .
I left the vault nervously and found that Cosworth behaved well. I then went to Concorde and entered the room with gritted teeth hoping the holotapes were there !!! Yep they were. Rescued the 5 and the next test was on return to Sanctuary and seeing 5 settlers there. i'm on a roll here I thought. Then on activating the holotape building some agri plots and seeing workers allocated automatically was ace !
I still have to install F4SE and run the game through that , but that should be ok. I was wondering how to get rid of those horrible thick hedges around Sanctuary without "Scrap Everything "?
I will no-doubt be back with some questions on the SS3in1 system, but thanks a million to you all for your patience and guidance.

Thank You

Happy New Year! Awesome to read about your adventures and that things seem to be behaving well now :)

For the thick hedges, they are part of pre-combines so might be tricky to get rid of. The safest way I know to remove extra things in general is the Place Everywhere mod's option by pressing the INSERT button (just make sure to never move the red workshop workbenches in settlements). Another safe way is the Clean my settlement and Raze my settlement mods, that let you remove things like the brambles and vines - without breaking precombines. I don't think the hedges are included though.
