Recreation plots crashing game

I am having issues with recreation plots. As soon as they are built, the game crashes.

Any help? I've been playing on this save for around 20 plus hours and don't really feel like starting over.

Are you using something like Buffout or Buffout NG? Those can give you crashlogs that can help point to the problem. Thats a crash I havn't heard of before, so it may be hard to diagnose without those.
