Question Raucous Reconnoitering glitch

Jammer and Ophelia don't follow each other and instead they go separate directions. After waiting 24 in-game hours, Jammer is standing in the park next to red rocket and Ophelia is in red rocket. Ophelia just says her default dialogue and Jammer says nothing. Is there a spot I can go to to trigger the quest to go on?

I know it's been over a month, but I deleted the save. I love this mod, but I experience way too many bugs with it for now, so I took a break from it. I recommend adding a "reset quest" button, with the option of sending a bug report when you reset. Thank you for replying.

Unfortunately, we don't have that kind of power. Can't automate bug reports and allowing quests to reset causes all sorts of issues... Fallout is a tough game to develop for.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Bethesda games are wonky.
