Please post bugs specific to Rise of the Commonwealth and Oberland Station in this thread.

Not really a bug but a question. Is there not supposed to be a recruitment beacon?

Yes..
Level 0 is missing the beacon.
Level 1 it shows up, L2 it duplicates, L3 is duplicted

I set up my desk, chose Piper as my Leader, and once the cinematic ended I was unable to enter workshop mode. (XBox One).

So I noticed that oberland station was only producing 1 food despite having a few settlers and agro plots down.

Closer inspection reveals there's some tato plants that didn't get scrapped and were underneath the agriculture plots, and the settlers didn't get reassigned.

Oberland was one of the first settlements i did with RoTC. It's been at level 0 with 4 settlers for over 3 RL weeks, (a couple of ingame months maybe) They're happiness is well above 50%, they have plenty of water, plenty of food, plenty of security. I had to put a beacon to get any one to show up and that only brought one person. and yes it's powered. There is one other person that I sent here. They have a surplus of caps, are connected via a supplyline and no more people will come and it will not upgrade. I started it the same time i started Sanctuary, which is at level 2 and well on its way to level 3. should I scrap and have them start over? Maybe change the city leader? Its currently Valentine.

1) What is your involvement level set to? (low, medium, or high)
2) What is the scrap percentage at?
3) What is the actual happiness level? I believe you need 70% to get to Level 1.

Side note: There may be a minimum settler requirement as well and like you said, there is no beacon at level 0 so that could be hindering you. If so, you may want to actually move settlers from somewhere else to there to boost the numbers.

My involvement is set to high, The scrap percentage is at 100% and the actual happiness level is 76% I added more security as that was the lowest bar (about 60%). I'll just send people there from other places. I've got settlements set up after Oberland, like long after, that are reaching level 1, so Im guessing its a settler issue cause there's only four people there.

can be also they don't make any new plots cause of one bug, try to refresh the city sometimes they stop making new plot. Got the same bug at red rocket they stoped to make new plot after a refresh city two people come right after and now is good they continue to come.

I have floating desk, walls and plunger (lol). And I did a city refresh just to make sure... it rebuilt it exactly the same.

Don't know is it's just me but Oberland has a slight issue with the placement of the 4 interior residential plots on the upper floor above the interior industrial plots (north side).

This is the room farthest from the railway track, it spills over into the next room, that plot also spills over, but less so.

@Cybelemoon: That looks all wrong again! Where did the original railway building go? The one that should have that red (in your case, floating door) and the planner desk should be inside it.

I have no idea, I refreshed and it just did the same thing again. Still a floating door. I've not tried the interior plots yet.

I 've got this on the oberland bug report and it'll get fixed as we go through them all.

For now, give the plot a good hard shove back towards the wall (20 pixels should do it) and then go to the power box (or just hightlight the floor) and click refresh plot to make all the stuff on it refresh properly.

@Cybelemoon: I believe you are missing the building that was originally at Oberland Station and which RotC needs and doesn't destroy. This is what Oberland starts as:

You must have used a scrapping mod. See if you can fix it and get the building back, otherwise your Oberland will have a big hole.

@tankthing: Do I need the place everywhere mod? I haven't installed it yet. I tried without and didn't manage. Oh, and I just remember another tiny Oberland detail: There are two residential plots next to each other on the upper floor right next to the railway track and don't have a wall separating them. Really, tiniest thing, and why shouldn't two people share one larger room?

Yes Place Everywhere will make building soooooooo much better!
Tip.. when moving things, get yourself pretty square with what you're moving.
