Nordhagen Beach Bugs for RotC

If you had script lag that affected Nordhagen in such a drastic way, there would be 20 to hundreds active scripts. I believe it's time to send your save to @kinggath. Could you please rename a suitable save with your user name here, a brief description of the problem, like Nordhagen refuses to build RotC, and then upload the file to a cloud storage like dropbox, or similar, and make a public link to it. Then put that link in a PM to Kinggath, and a link to this thread.

UPDATE: The last patch 3.1.2 seems to have fixed my Nordhagen issue. After an orbital nuke and refresh, the settlement began spawning plots as it should. Yay.

I think this is a Nordhagen bug... maybe? At lvl 1 the sign for Nordhagen appeared in my Home Plate instead, refreshing the settlement didn't fix it and I ended up just using console commands to delete it. Now at lvl 2 the signage is back, again refreshing the city plan didn't solve the problem and I'm not running any mods specific to Home Plate, so not sure whats getting crossed. I can interact with the sign and see the city details as normal for Nordhagen.

Maybe not a "bug" as such but.. I deleted the shack that the workshop is in when trying to load someone else's city plan for Nordhagen. When switching back to the ROTC one, it didn't load the shack back in. Was it omitted from the build profile, or was it part of a precombine so I'm out of luck? (I'm using Spring Cleaning Compatibility to break precombines in the settlement cells specifically)

There are 2 spots for industrial plots. Problem is both of them seem to be stacks on the same spot. I noticed a gap in all the walkway and there is an extra concrete foundation on the first plot spot. near Industrial Machine10.
