No Response No Faction Options

Greetings,

I've run into problem, after building my war planners desk in Red Rocket (no one is currently living there) and with 3 different faction packs installed I still have no faction options when I click the war map. I've tried waiting and scrapping and rebuilding.

Also Jammer is dead...does that matter?

Any and all help appreciated.

Told him I wasn't interested after finishing his quest, then I chased him down with the minigun while in power armor.

I tried deleting the current 3-in-1 and conqueror and reinstalling. Did some questing and that seemed to have fixed this issue.

Usually, you have to be allied with the faction to join them. Just a note for the future if you run into this again. I know that the Brotherhood of Steel Faction Mod requires you complete Show No Mercy (Fort Strong Mission) to use the mod. The Minutemen mod requires that you have a few settlements and that the Corvega Mission is complete.
